How to stay strong and healthy



It is everyone plan and wish to live a healthy life but sadly enough most people find it difficult to do thatA lot of factors are to be considered and lots of daily activities might be stopped in order to achieve this goal. I'm going to share some tips on how to maintain a good and healthy life for your self and your family.

  • Eat healthy food: 



Eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being. It helps us to maintain a healthy weight and reduces our risk of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and some cancers. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, reduce salt and sugar intake.

  • Drink plenty of fluids: 






Adults need to drink at least 1.5 litres of fluid a day! Or more if it's very hot or they are physically active. Water is the best source, of course, and we can use tap or mineral water, sparkling or non-sparkling, plain or flavoured. Fruit juices, tea, soft drinks, milk and other drinks, can all be okay - from time to time.


  • Daily exercise:







 There are many types of physical activity, including swimming, running, jogging, walking and dancing, to name a few.Routine exercise has been shown to have many health benefits, both physically and mentally. It helps with weight loss, it increases energy level and it is good for your muscles and bones.


  • Keep good personal hygiene. 






Good hygiene is also important in order to stay healthy. They are many ways of practicing this like washing the body often, brushing your teeth at least once a day, washing your hair with soap and shampoo once a week.


  • Practice safe sex.






Safe sex is good for your emotional and physical health.Use protection to prevent sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). Condoms are the most effective form of prevention. Talk to your doctor if you need to be tested for STDs.

  •  Limit how much alcohol you drink





Too much alcohol can damage your liver. It can cause some cancers, such as throat, liver, or pancreas cancer. Alcohol abuse also contributes to deaths from car wrecks, murders, depression and suicides.


  • Don’t smoke or use tobacco. 







Smoking and tobacco use are harmful habits. They can cause heart disease and mouth, throat, or lung cancer.



  • Avoid masturbation. 






Through most health experts across the globe have these days subscribed to the view that masturbation is a healthy activity, when it becomee addition masturbation can cause harm both psychologically as well as biologically. The underlying point is that too much of anything can be bad. 


  • Conclusion
If you do maintain a healthy lifestyle, there are many benefits, and not only for your body. Some are maintaining a healthy weight, reducing risk of developing heart disease, increasing energy levels, assisting a healthy immune system, and it helps you to be more social. Having a healthy lifestyle is crucial for giving your body everything that it needs.
