It is everyone plan and wish to live a healthy life but sadly enough most people find it difficult to do that. A lot of factors are to be considered and lots of daily activities might be stopped in order to achieve this goal. I'm going to share some tips on how to maintain a good and healthy life for your self and your family.
- Eat healthy food:
Eating well is fundamental to good health and well-being. It helps us to maintain a healthy weight and reduces our risk of type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and the risk of developing cardiovascular disease and some cancers. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, reduce salt and sugar intake.
- Drink plenty of fluids:
Adults need to drink at least 1.5 litres of fluid a day! Or more if it's very hot or they are physically active. Water is the best source, of course, and we can use tap or mineral water, sparkling or non-sparkling, plain or flavoured. Fruit juices, tea, soft drinks, milk and other drinks, can all be okay - from time to time.
- Daily exercise:
- Keep good personal hygiene.
- Practice safe sex.
- Limit how much alcohol you drink.
- Don’t smoke or use tobacco.
Smoking and tobacco use are harmful habits. They can cause heart disease and mouth, throat, or lung cancer.
- Avoid masturbation.
